Karen has lived in the Mankato area for 30+ years calling North Mankato her home. Karen began her real estate career in October 2018 in commercial real estate as the Sales and Leasing Director for a local firm along with splitting her time traveling to Ambergris Caye, San Pedro, Belize as the VP to oversee operations, sales, leasing, and property management . Karen saw early success closing over $1.6M in sales volume in her first 3 months as an agent. A natural sales person, in October 2021 she added residential sales to her repertoire and completed over 25 transactions in her first year. Combining her sales expertise and having background in both commercial and residential worlds of this highly competitive, multi-faceted career allow her the unique ability and experience to walk the walk and talk the talk in both genres. Karen has closed more than $17M in transactions in 2022-May 2024 with over $8M of the sales volume in 2023 alone. She may be a familiar face to many of you who would have interacted with her during her time as the Director of Membership and Office Operations at Greater Mankato Growth, the regional Chamber of Commerce. A self-proclaimed extrovert, she enjoys working with people and understanding their needs. Karen has a zeal for all things travel related, having visited over 15 foreign countries counting Belize, Yemen, Morocco, Turkey, and Puerto Rico among her favorites. She is a foodie and is always looking for a new food adventure and isn’t afraid to try new or unique things.
