Nicollet is a nice little community with approximately 1000 residents and surrounded by rich farmland. Located about 10 minutes West of Upper North Mankato many people from Mankato make a special trip to Nicollet to Schmidts Meat Market. Nicollet has their own area elementary and secondary schools and one can save a lot for a little drive!
